Rachel Quinn Managing Director

I qualified as a nurse in 1987 and worked briefly in cardiac care and stroke care before joining Allcare Home Care Agency as a Care Coordinator. I then went onto form Allcare Nurses Agency Ltd in 1998.

Rebecca Bland Registered Manager

I have worked within health and social care sector for 21 years, starting as a Carer on an elderly nursing unit progressing through the ranks to Registered Manager 10 years ago.

During my career I have worked in a wide variety of roles and environments, including mental health, child protection, nursing care, palliative care, homeless services, supported living, offenders, domiciliary and complex care.

I joined Allcare 5 years as Registered Manager and really enjoy the variety of work we undertake and working alongside a dynamic team of Care Support Workers, Registered Nurses and Management colleagues.

As the only dog owner in the management team I ‘m outnumbered by cat owners but will always stand firm that dogs are the superior pet!

Louise Barton Personnel Manager

Louise’s first love was animals-completing a degree in this with 1st class honours. After completing she joined the family business and is head of personnel. She processes wages, completes rotas and generally keeps us in order!
