How do I arrange a care package?

Again give us a call or use the contact form.We will arrange a no obligation visit to discuss your care needs and will then complete a full assessment.

What if my needs change?

This will happen frequently and is no problem.We will conduct regular reviews of your care plan with you.Should anything change in between these reviews you can just contact us and we will update the care plan immediately.

How are staff chosen for me?

Each member of staff undergoes full pre employment checks and training. As part of your assessment we will identify with you the key features you would like the staff member to match with.For example if you prefer a male or female worker this will be fully respected.

What if I am not happy with the carer provided?

We are all human and it is impossible to gel with everyone.As part of your care review the carer/s provided will be discussed with you to ensure you are happy with them.Again,should this need to be discussed in between reviews you just need to contact us and we will take immediate action.

How do I pay for my care?

We raise invoices every four weeks.If you pay for your care this will be sent to you by post or email. Payment can then be made by bank transfer, cheque or over the phone by card.
