We were disappointed to receive ‘requires improvement’ for the first time in our history and we have taken this opportunity as a learning curve to look at all of our systems and practices and make major improvements.
Below is the action plan we submitted to CQC before we even received the official rating.
We have done extensive work since then to go over and above what is required of us.
Unfortunately due to recent events, we have not been re inspected and been able to get the rating back on track. We are very disappointed about this and are eagerly awaiting re inspection.
